A beautiful establishment that's both modern and rustic. Here, people come for the meat à la parilla: ojo de bife, lomo (tenderloin), morcilla (black pudding), chorizo (beef and pork sausage), chinchulines (tripe)...to name just a few of the classics! Other dishes on the menu include pasta, milanesas, chicken... A fine wine list too. Service is courteous and professional, and no matter what the evening, the room is always full. In fact, it was here that President Obama dined during his visit to the Argentine capital.

Il est plus que prudent de réserver. En profiter pour demander à être dans la salle principale, typique et très agréable. La deuxième salle, légèrement en contrebas est bien moins agréable : la cuisine ne s’en ressent pas mais l’ambiance et la déco sont bien moins chaleureuses.
