Rodrigo Sieiro, the chef, does not hesitate to mix sweet and savoury for détonantes combinations, especially when the fruits used are seasonal. The servings are generous, the prices also. So we will have to make sure that the wallet can show itself to be rewarded. But the game is worth it, with top quality products.
