It's a bit of a must-see in the Retiro district. The painter Luis Felipe Noe founded this bar in 1969, it has a special atmosphere, typical of bohemian bistros: it is one of the high places of the cultural and artistic life of the capital. On the decoration side, the walls are far from empty and are covered with all kinds of artistic works. As for the cuisine, the dishes are very suitable, but travellers in a hurry should refrain, as the waiters are not the fastest on the market! Also, the whisky is used to flow well !
