LA ESTANCIA
Restaurant in Buenos Aires frequented by businessmen and offering grilled cabri or sirloin.
It is a great classic of the capital. This table remains year after year for international businessmen. The decor and the service a little post-charging (in a country style, will say, because some servers dress occasionally in gaucho… a mistake that is very pleasing to some) explains cheaper prices. The meat is still very good, like the excellent chivito al asador (toasted cabri). The menu of the day includes a bottle of wine Estancia Mendoza biviaretal to accompany your ojo (faux) with frites potatoes and salad to three flavours, and for dessert you will have the choice between pudding pudding, ice or fruit salad.
