CHAN CHAN
Ceviche, oysters, rabbit, lamb in a Peruvian restaurant in Buenos Aires offering small prices.
This little restaurant near the Congress is always busy. There are two good reasons for this: the food is excellent and the prices are very attractive! If you're a fan of Peruvian cuisine, or if you'd like to learn more about it, here's an address to put on your agenda. Different recipes for Ceviche (raw fish and seafood marinated in leche de tigre), of course, but also oysters, mussels, rabbit, lamb... The delightfully kitsch dining room is small and fills up fast, so try to arrive early (between 8pm and 8:15pm).
