With its shelves full of good bottles and its deli counter, the Miramar is an eye-catcher. The smoked ham is excellent, and the owner never deceives his customers when pairing it with a good glass of red. Land or sea, the chef defends himself well. Here we appreciate the frankness of the waiters who always announce whether the seafood and other fish have been delivered that very morning. If not, it is always possible to count on the delicious recipes of the house for frog's legs or rabbit (mustard sauce).
