EL IMPARCIAL
Spanish restaurant in Buenos Aires built in 1860 and offering paellas, tripe and seafood.
Opened in 1860, it is one of the oldest restaurants in the capital. OK, the decoration is a bit out of fashion, and some nights the place is very noisy, but the period atmosphere is original and particularly unique in Buenos Aires. Moreover, in terms of Spanish cuisine, here is one of the references of the capital. Many celebrities have sat at the table there and have been able to verify that paella is royally prepared there. Also worth trying: callos a la madrileña (tripe), papas tortilla or all kinds of seafood.
