A very good Italian cuisine in this restaurant with a careful decoration. You will be able to taste pasta, of course, but also meats: try the beef medallion with chilli pepper and mushrooms, or the chicken fricassee with garlic pesto. Seafood and fish are also on the menu, such as squid à la romaine or grilled salmon. It is true that the quality of service has declined somewhat in recent years, but Prosciutto remains a recommended table in Monserrat. The restaurant has several addresses in the capital.
