MISHIGUENE
Jewish cuisine based on Argentinean products in a restaurant in Buenos Aires offering seafood.
Mishiguene means "mad" in Yiddish. It surely has something to do with chef Tomás Kalika's crazy gamble when he decided to open this restaurant honoring traditional Jewish cuisine in the heart of Buenos Aires. Here they offer dishes with traditional flavors modernized and Jewish dishes made with Argentinean products. The menu includes a selection of fish and seafood: herring, white fish fillets or salmon accompanied by, for example, a carpaccio of eggplant and goat cheese or a sesame cream purée.
