Grilled beef and a huge wine list in a quality restaurant in Buenos Aires.

In the heart of Puerto Madero, a very good parrilla that has the luxury of having its own beef to make its meat. At least here, we know where it comes from. Dinner without much creation however for an address eminently tourist and/or reserved for the Argentine bourgeoisie. The wine list is breathtaking and so are the prices: about 180 bottles (suggestions: Catena Zapata Estiba Reservada, Luigi Bosca cabernet sauvignon or Rutini malbec). Impeccable service. A quality address, oriented towards a foreign market.
