Built at the end of the 19th century on the model of the Galeries Vittorio Emmanuelle II in Milan, this listed building is well worth a visit. In 1945, the 450 m² central dome was covered with frescoes by great Argentine painters (Berni, Castagnino, Colmeiro, Spilimbergo, Urruchúa). Today, it's a huge shopping mall, crowded every weekend, with over 150 boutiques. The major international ready-to-wear brands are all (or almost all) represented. Argentinian brands too.
