This football stadium, located in the Nuñez district of Buenos Aires, hosts the matches of the famous CA River Plate, as well as those of the Argentine national team. Inaugurated in 1938 and renovated in 1978 for the World Cup, the stadium now bears the name of former River Plate club president Antonio Vespucio Liberti. With a capacity of 65,500, it can hold up to 76,600 for major events, including the Super Clásico between Boca Juniors and River.
