MUSEO HISTÓRICO NACIONAL
A museum dedicated to the history of Argentina, with rooms showcasing different eras and an extensive library.
A museum dedicated to the history of Argentina from pre-Hispanic times until 1912 (the advent of direct universal suffrage). The rooms present different eras: indigenous cultures, Jesuit missions, the Revolution and independence, the formation of the nation-state... The visit leads us to the discovery of documents, pieces of art and furniture that question the formation of the country and Argentine identity. We find in particular the flag of Belgrano, the sacred corvo (curved sword) of José de San Martin and a library with more than 15,000 books.
