Period boat transformed into a museum ship, the oldest Argentine vessel still afloat, proudly serving the expedition in 1903

Just like the magnificent three-master Presidente Sarmiento moored just a stone's throw away, we also wanted to transform this other period ship, dating from 1874, into a museum ship. It is true that this one may be much less attractive to visit, but it remains sublime. However, it is the oldest Argentinian ship still afloat, and in 1903 she rendered proud services to the Swedish Otto Nordenskjöld's expedition to Antarctica.
