This palace, built between 1887 and 1894 by the architects Carl Nyströmer and Olaf Boyees, was the city's drinking water depot. Classified as a National Historic Monument, it is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. It is a unique example of late 19th century eclectic architecture in Argentina. It has on its façade more than 300,000 pieces of ceramics and the city's coat of arms, an internal metal structure of 180 columns on 3 floors.
