This very active cultural centre depends on the University of Buenos Aires. It offers a wide range of cultural activities (theatre classes, Afro-American dances, tango, plastic arts, language courses - Quechua, Japanese, Russian, Hebrew and Arabic). Free concerts, theatrical performances, film screenings, photography exhibitions... A place to discover, probably more for expatriates than for visitors passing through.
