Several excursion options: outings to the Ríos Luján, Carapachay, Angostura, Espera and Sarmiento from Tigre. You can even choose to sail all day on these five different rivers (cost US$40 per person, including lunch). You can leave by motorboat or canoe (cost US$42 per person). For the more classic tour, you'll be picked up at your hotel and taken out on the river after a short city tour. Sometimes night tours are organized. The service is serious and professional.
