It is a must in Rosario, at the same time café, bar, restaurant, art gallery, bookstore... Beautiful elegant place open day and night, for breakfast, brunch (really good) or a cocktail in the early evening. The place and its architecture alone are worth a look, at least. You can easily get lost here, as the establishment is so large and divided into several rooms. Cosy and arty atmosphere very pleasant. Gourmet cuisine, some evenings concerts, refined cocktails.
