Rosario needed an arty hipster date. Here it is. Design market and other events during the week, music always well chosen, with concerts and DJ sessions on some days, often rock. The setting is obviously dedicated to the genius of street art. Good menu of cocktails and homemade beers. Possibility to order food as well, why not a board of tapas to accompany your drink? A good address although sometimes the service is cold and a little inexperienced. It's better to ask several times.
