Designed by architect Alejandro Bustillo, this building is now an apartment block.
It is here, in this building designed by the architect Alejandro Bustillo, that Ernesto Guevara de la Serna, future "Che" Guevara, was born. He lived there only a few months before his parents Ernesto Guevara Lynch and Celia de la Serna moved to the Misiones area. They then moved to Alta Gracia, near Córdoba, where the climate was better for fighting young Ernestito's asthma. It is now an apartment building, so it is impossible to visit it.
