CMD NORTE VILLA HORTENSIA
This Renaissance-style residence, much appreciated for its proximity to the river, now houses city services.
Renaissance-style residence built in 1890 by José Nicolás Puccio. It owes its name to its third owner Alfredo Rouillón, married to María Hortensia Echesortu. It was a summer residence for this family, much appreciated for its proximity to the river. The site was gradually abandoned and became a ruin. But in 1989, the house was declared a National Historic Monument. Purchased by the municipality in 1996, it now houses city services.
