One of the reference points in Rosario, inaugurated in 1957 where General Belgrano raised the Argentine flag for the first time in 1812 on the banks of the Parana River. An original style, of the monumental Renaissance type. In November the National Meeting of Communities is held here, a popular celebration between the inhabitants of Rosario and the city's foreign communities. The flag is raised at 8:15 am and lowered at 6 pm. It is possible to go up to the mirador.
