Be aware that obtaining a visa may take a little time if you apply for it at the border (for Canadian nationals). Plan a bus rather than a plane to get out of Foz de Iguazu, or take a changeable ticket with a little margin for a flight. For the French, Belgians, Swiss, Luxembourgers, in short, all French-speaking European readers, no visa is required. Neither do the Moroccans. For other French-speaking countries, contact the consulates, and the same applies to visitors who stay more than 3 months.
