From the omnibus terminal in Puerto Iguazú, the Rio Uruguay buses leave every 20 minutes and drop you off in front of the entrance to the Iguazú National Park (about a 30 minute ride for about 17 km). The bus makes several stops in the main streets of the city (Avenue Córdoba and Avenue Aguirre in particular), ask your hotel where the nearest stop is. But be careful, sometimes it's full! You pay the driver when you get on or you buy your ticket at the station. Air conditioned. Departures from 7h30, return until 18h.

I booked a two ways travel to get to Iguazu Waterfalls (Brazilian side). No problem to get there. I had a return flight booked to get back to Buenos Aires, since I had made the journey dedicated to visit the Waterfalls.
They were supposed to have shuttles every hour to return to Argentina.
I was at the meeting point 15min before 11.00.
They never came. I’ve waited for 40 min. Nothing !
I had to rush in a Taxi with no Brazilian currency.
They did not advise that even for a day, you needed to have an immigration document to enter back in Argentina (even if you had arrived the same morning). I was stuck in the frontier for more than an hour trying to get some wifi somewhere, completing the form on Internet and queueing with all tourists. I rushed to the airport and could finally board my plane 15min before the dead line. The first impression I had when I first purchased my ticket should have warned me.
The guy was not giving a s…about me. Focusing on what his mates were doing and saying next to him. (The message was : pay, shut up and next ! you bloody tourist).
