With a charming welcome, the bistro la Potée located in Châtel-Guyon offers light and refined starters, dishes and desserts.
It's already been a few months since La Potée was taken over by Yohann Kermarrec. The owner has changed, but some of the dishes that made the place famous have remained: the famous Guyonade, a roasted St. Nectaire cheese with potatoes, the truffade or the pork shank for example. We never said it was light! For more finesse, the new team has however imagined beautiful starters and refined desserts. A fish is also always on the menu. The team that welcomes you is charming and does not hesitate to offer you a digestive before leaving!
