Small, family-run bodega in Maipú, producing 300 barrels of high-quality wine and offering a guided tour with wine tasting
Carinae is the Latin name of a constellation that Brigitte and Philippe Subra have gazed upon every evening since moving here from Toulouse in 1998. This passionate French couple have built up this small family bodega of almost 19 hectares, planted with Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 300 barrels of high-quality wine are produced here, so there's no overproduction for export. Guided tour led by the friendly couple, including tasting of the Malbec Gran Reserva and Cuvée Brigitte (Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon).
