BODEGA LOPEZ
Bodega with on-site restaurant, offering interesting tours of the cellars, vineyards and small museum with guides
This bodega is one of the oldest in the region and imposes itself by its pretty façade. Its founder José López Rivas was a farmer from Andalusia who grew vines and olives before emigrating to the fertile Mendoza region in 1898. Several generations of winegrowers from the same family planted varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc to produce mainly white and sparkling wine. The guides and the visit of the cellars, the vineyards and the small museum are interesting. You will also find a restaurant on site.
