Housed in an imposing abbey since 1920, the Abbey cellars were specialized in the development of wines by the traditional method. Mainly based on Chardonnay and Gamay auvergne vines, the house offers many vintages (Vercingétorix, Confidences de Catherine, Yoann de la Garde, Millesim…). Birthday, Party or Marriage: it's a good alternative to champenoises bubbles! Even if the institution no longer makes the development of mousseux, it leads the process. The cellar also offers a wide range of wines of different origins.
