CAVES DE L'ABBAYE
Since 1920, the Caves de l'Abbaye have been housed in the grounds of Sainte-Marie church. Catherine Noel has been running the business for almost 20 years. The house has its own cuvées of sparkling wines, made using the Champagne method. Catherine works with her brother and a sommelier to offer a fine range of Auvergne and international wines, spirits and local beers. To learn more about its origins, the cellar, with its beautiful stones and harmonious vaults, can be visited free of charge. The cellar is also open to groups.
