A very good restaurant in Tucumán, for its light, sophisticated and creative cuisine. It is, in fact, the restaurant of the Carlos V Hotel. You will get a 20% discount on your bill if you stay at this hotel. Carefully prepared dishes, meat or fish, some prepared with typical ingredients from Tucumán and the region, others gluten-free. Excellent salads. Original dishes a la carte, but you also have the choice of Argentine classics, empanadas or a meat dish.
