The museum is housed in an old winery. It presents the history of viticulture in the Cafayate region. Opened in 2011, the space is modern, well laid out and pleasant. If you decide to read all the explanations (in Spanish), you'll have enough time to spend a little over an hour there. Interesting for beginners in particular, to acquire a basic knowledge of viticulture, terroirs, climates, grape varieties... You'll come out knowing everything there is to know about wine!
