This bodega, bought by Pernod-Ricard in 1996, with its 300 hectares, is one of the largest in the region along with La Rosa. Located at the foot of the Andes mountains, it is considered one of the highest in the world. Founded in 1850, this property, with its more than ideal location, has given birth to one of the best wines of the region. French grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec have been planted here. To be done rather by car, otherwise, if you are in a hurry, just go to La Rosa, closer to Cafayate.
