This bodega is steeped in history, and five generations of winemakers have given this estate its letters of nobility. We particularly recommend the Desvario Malbec 2009 and the Torrontès 2009. Take your time here to follow the guided tour, usually given by the owner of the estate, who will take the time to answer your questions in Spanish and English. If this isn't one of the best bodegas in the region, the tour, which ends with a tasting, is affordable, and the lunch spot pleasant.
