MUSEO GÜEMES
Beautiful colonial house with 10 rooms, converted into a museum offering a historical tour with visual and scenic resources
Inaugurated in 2017, this museum was originally the home of Martin Miguel de Güemes where he lived with his family. This beautiful colonial house of 1786 was restored (with a budget of 30 million pesos) before being transformed into a museum. Composed of 10 rooms, this one proposes visual and scenic resources rather well found to hold the attention of the visitors. A historical tour allows visitors to discover the General, from his childhood to his status as governor of the province, including his role in the War of Independence.
