Protected municipal reserve with 4 signposted trails, featuring a fascinating model museum on the life of the gaucho hero at the entrance

Protected since 1995, this municipal reserve is home to more than 260 species of plants and a hundred species of birds such as the squirrel, the kingfisher and the white-faced dove. Four marked trails of high and medium difficulty crisscross this reserve and offer superb views of the Valle de Lerma. At the entrance, you can visit the Museo de la Gesta Güemesiana, a fascinating museum of models about the life of the gaucho hero.
