coup de coeur à Uquia
Uquia est un petit village situé en plein coeur de la Quebrada de Humahuaca, à mi chemin entre Tilcara et Humahuaca (le village :) ).
A Uquia, il y a une petite place et une église à visiter en cours de route, mais surtout je vous conseille de déjeuner au comedor de Doña Lidia. Il s'agit d'une cuisine locale végétarienne avec des produits loceaux (la plupart de son propre jardin). Le service et l'accueil de la propriétaire est aussi à la hauteur de sa cuisine.
