Brand-new hotel perched high up in Iruya, with lovely, spacious, bright rooms, serving as a tourist office
Perched high up, the hotel dominates the village. Still brand new, it also serves as a Tourist Office, so that the few travellers who enter the sanctuary of Iruya can find their way around. In fact, the only tourist leaflet about Iruya is published by the hostería. The rooms are pretty, spacious and bright (heating). Ask for a room with a view, it's worth a look. The place is nice, especially if you are looking for peace and quiet. Behind the hostería, you can go up to the viewpoint, but the village has more character from below.
