We reserved a trip in Punta Tombo with an excursion to Rawson to see the dolphins. Managing made believe that she speaks English but this is not the case. The explanations on the prices are a little confused and finally the price was higher than at the competitors. The excursion to see the dolphins was cancelled at the last minute (the agency had not informed us of this possible risks). The guide then offered us for getting to the archaeological museum of Trelew (which is not very exciting). We had returned at 17:00. We are returned to the agency the following day. No proposal of compensation or reprogramming of the excursion.
