Lots of windows and light for one of the most shimmering kitchens in the city. The chef/owner is French (Emmanuel Herbin) and he offers typical French dishes, with local products and a touch of Patagonia. The chef himself smokes his fish in his smokehouse, you can taste langoustine skewers, the king crab of the house and a revisited bouillabaisse. On the meat side, you can't escape the lamb and its Calafate sauce. A superb address, all the more so as you can come and drink tea there on weekends from 5pm.
