The most popular circuit is the one that takes you by boat on the waters of Futalaufquén, Rio Arrayanes, Lago Verde and Menéndez. You then reach the most impressive area of the forest of alerts. We start from Puerto Limonao, south of Futalaufquén Lake; we walk about 100 meters on a footbridge at the level of the lago Verde to reach Puerto Chucao, on Menéndez Lake, up to its northern shore: a path of about 2 hours (round trip) leads to El Alerzal. The excursion covers a distance of 84 km and lasts about 9 hours.
