Very professional team and very attentive to all our wishes. Aissé Sofia has been a treasure of patience, speed and efficiency in the design of our stay. Some difficulties to pay on the payment platform on the website. Too bad they don't accept the Amex or Paypal, it would be much simpler… On the spot, everything has come together with remarkable fluidity, accommodation, transfers and guides of high quality. Rigorous follow-up and ongoing assistance. We had already gone with Terra to Perou and were equally satisfied. The support of a local agency is a huge plus to the success of a trip, especially when it is francophone. We will certainly leave with Terra to benefit from all their expertise. Excellent service et équipe très sympathique et efficace.

Les échanges pour la préparation étaient simples et efficaces (en français). Les modifications et les propositions lorsque nous avons laissé carte blanche étaient excellents.
Les imprévus ont été gérés par l’équipe basée à Bariloche et leur disponibilité sans faille tout au long de notre séjour.

Réserver par une agence qui se trouve sur place est un atout indéniable et nous recommandons vivement de procéder ainsi.
