C'est à n'y rien comprendre, je me suis pourtant bien rendue chez un coiffeur !!! Je suis sortie avec une coupe complètement loupée : courte d'un côté et effilée de l'autre. Pourtant ma demande initiale (merci de ne couper que les points et de dégrader le devant du visage) était loin du résultat. Et que dire de la couleur!!! Elle ne couvre pas mes racines malgré ma demande simple de ne plus les voir. Pour conclure sous des airs de salon accueillant, je pense qu'il y a un réel manque de formation.

Honteux, couleur non conforme à mes couleurs précédentes dans ce salon flash trop clair. Frange pas coupée droite, malgré mon signalement à le coiffeuse. J 'ai eu un seul shampooing à 8€. Le conseil de la coiffeuse, suite a ma reflexion sur ma couleur est qu 'elle va se patiner au fur et à mesure des shampooings ......cela me rassure!!!!!. Résultat facture 116€ couleur indéterminée et conseils de pros!!!!Je ne recommande pas.
