Cutlery was born in the early 19th century in Thiers, thanks to Philippe Sabatier, the man behind the brand's success. Our kitchen knives are entirely forged from a single piece of Z50C13 steel. They are manufactured exclusively in Thiers using traditional techniques. In addition to a wide range of kitchen knives, Sabatier also offers table knives, pocket knives, hunting knives, etc. Sabatier cutlery is also famous for its Brin d'Auvergne, a pocket knife whose back blade reproduces the relief of the Puys mountain range.
