Audrey a été très efficace et à l’écoute suite à l’annulation et au déplacement de mon voyage en raison de la crise sanitaire. Je recommande vivement ! Très pro et en plus toujours avec le sourire !
Obligation d'acheter l'assurance annulation via leur service. Du coup pas de remboursement possible lors de l'annulation car elle ne connait même pas ce que englobe sa propre assurance. Et vous parlez de professionnalisme??? il vaut mieux en rire! Plus jamais cette agence!
Le périple était génial.
Nous avons eu un petit souci pendant notre séjour avec une valise abîmée et Audrey a tout fait pour nous aider.
Nous repartirons avec elles !
