Restaurant featuring cuisine by chef Jérémy Bender, wines and cocktails, a great address in Clermont.
Restaurant ? Wine bar ? Tapas bar? Suzanne is a bar à manger, as owner Nicolas de Sousa likes to call it. The rough concrete walls are partly concealed by all the good bottles that can be tasted during the evening. Natural wines, living wines, organic wines... Nicolas likes to show off his nuggets! For wine-lovers, cocktails are also available to accompany your evenings and dishes to share. In the kitchen, chef Jérémy Bender concocts a variety of inspired dishes. On the day of our visit, we were able to savor pork baos confit with lemongrass and orange, flaky brioche with mushrooms or red mullet with "béchamoule" on our small table. A real treat!
