Gigot de 7 heures, ravioles, osso buco: the names of the dishes on the slate are not unfamiliar. Emmanuel and his team offer traditional recipes. Entirely homemade, they have a little extra: duck breast with citrus fruits, half-cooked soya-sesame tuna with glazed vegetables... The menu changes every week. In the kitchen, Emmanuel works with local and seasonal products. The wines come from Auvergne and all over France, the beers are chosen from local producers. The welcome is pleasant and smiling.

Un menu du midi simple, des produits de saisons tous cuisinés à la main, choix possiblement vegan, des vins locaux de bonne facture... Et une carte recentrée sur des valeurs sûres et bien maîtrisées en cuisine.
De quoi ravir tous les appétits et tous les palais amateur de cuisine française sincère, délicate sans être outrancièrement compliquée. Desserts à l'avenant : simples et bons.
