Restaurant serving home-made Corsican specialities.
With l'Alant, the restaurant run by Alexia and Antoine, Corsicans at heart, continues to take us on a journey, this time to the Ile de Beauté. After working in the restaurant business there for several years, they decided to move to Alexia's native region to open their own establishment. In their luggage, their Corsican suppliers follow them and allow us to taste typical charcuterie and cheeses. The produce is fresh, the dishes homemade, and it's an opportunity to taste Corsican wines. The tasty zucchini fritters and the fiadone - a kind of bush cheesecake - are well worth the detour, whether for an aperitif or a meal.
