Bricks, tagines and couscous in a Tunisian restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand.

The "Bouffe" is a real institution. Some regional celebrities swear by this establishment when it comes to brick, couscous or tajine. Not surprising when you know that the house has been treating its customers for nearly 40 years. Although the welcome is no longer the same, the unavoidable homemade bricks, lamb tagines and pastries are still on the menu, as are the numerous couscous. A selection of Maghreb wines and mint tea will pleasantly complete the moment, in a setting that deserves to be warmer.

Le Meilleur couscous de Clermont, des tajines qui sont très bons et très copieux pouvoir ce servir du couscous a volonté c'est peu commun. L'ambiance et le restaurant étaient très agréable ainsi que le service je conseille ce restaurant a tout le monde même mes enfants ont apprécier. Bravo bon travail

Eating with cockroaches that this walk on the table, what a shame! The owner has the base to say it is the tenants of side, of course the absent are always wrong. First time of my life that I see of the cockroaches in a restaurant, or so I did not see it, but with the discipline I do prefer to see. To crown it all, same step a rebate to excuse itself, if to offer the teas, you speak!!!! I recommend it, and a small passage services of the hygiene will do largest good to them.
