Restaurant offering Indian and Pakistani specialties with a quality-price ratio defying all competition.

At the top of the port street, the Kalash is no more and has been replaced by the Namaste. Mohammad Akbar has taken Hussein's place at the helm. However, you will not be disoriented in the dining room and kitchen. The beautiful woodwork has been preserved and, in your plate, you will still find the great classics of Indo-Pakistani gastronomy: samossas, nans, biryianis and korma or curry dishes. During the week, the daily menu will allow you to taste some specialties, for a quality-price ratio defying any competition and in generous proportions.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant par hasard durant un séjour sur Clermont-Ferrand. Assez étonnée dans un premier temps par le service quelque peu... particulier ???? (couverts posés en vrac sur la table, présentation du menu dans un plateau a compartiments) nous sommes finalement ravi d'avoir découvert des plats savoureux. Les portions, paraissant petites a premières vues, se révèlent finalement suffisantes. C'est un petit restaurant simple a l'image du serveur discret mais très sympathique.

Pour un menu de midi à 9,90euros, nous avons bien mangé ????.

Bonne nourriture dans l’ensemble gérant pas très avenant mais poli pas un très bon service (couverts posés si ce n’est jetés sur la table) sinon bonne expérience, nous avons mangé en terasse en semaine c’était calme et agréable

Super restaurant indien, les spécialités se reconnaissent, nous avons juste était étonné et surpris lorsque le serveur a ramené une poignée de couvert à table et ne l’es a pas présenté correctement comme dans la plupart des restaurants, malgré cela tout était très bon ! Je recommande vivement le Cheese Naan.
