Toshi Kamiya, who has worked for the Japanese caterer Wagaya, offers a more street food-oriented menu. He has joined forces with his wife Coralie, pastry chef Yuki Kasuya and Julien Gaudin-Pinot. Thanks to the chef Josianne Choe, you can taste, on the spot or to take away, Katsu Sando, fried lotus roots or Bo Bu Don.
